Bio
I created Surrealist Unreal in late 2005 after getting more and more into music as meditation and soundscapes in general. Making several songs for my own trance/meditative states, I realized it was a lot of fun and that I could transfer my love of music into the digital realm. Using synthesizers and digital audio programs, I deliver bone chilling and relaxing sounds. The goal is to make music spawn a phantasmagoria, or take you on an adventure as if you were reading a book. Tools used include a Casio CZ-Series Synthesizer, an Acoustic/Electric and an Electric guitar, djembe, didgeridoo, native american flute, FL Studio 5, as well as misc. sound effects and other audio equipment used in different songs.

Currently I am experiencing a transformation in genre and plan to do some world and folk-music work for my next album. This is going to include some things I've written myself, heathen-folk music, hopefully a very unique cover song, and several New England/Maine folk songs that I've recently discovered and plan to write music for. Stay tuned, there's a lot of interesting music on the way!

While these songs are not available to download, send me a message and I will mail you a free CD version of "The Twilight". I have materials to produce about 25 more albums, so feel free to ask...
